The menu to unlock is not displayed on the user management screen.

Question

The user entered the password incorrectly and was locked.

When confirm the target user in the user management, the locked icon is displayed, but even if I select the user, “Unlock” is not displayed in the “Right-Navi”.

Answer

There are two types of locks in Fleekdrive.

The administrator can confirm the reason for the lock or how to unlock it at the icon displayed on the user management screen.

It is locked by the administrator.
The administrator can “unlock” from the user management.

If the user enter the wrong password more than the specified number of times, the system will automatically lock it.
The lock will be released automatically after the unlock time set in the system.
Therefore, the “Unlock” item will not be displayed on the user management screen.

If unlock a user who has been locked due to an incorrect password entry immediately, the administrator execute a password reset.
Alternatively, unlock the user after locking by the administrator.

The administrator can confirm the conditions for locking and the time until it is automatically unlocked in the “password policy”.
