FAQ

Is there a way to confirm where the disabled user’s My Space?

Question

Everyone has forgotten which user inherited the disabled user’s MySpace.
How can the administrator check it?

Answer

The disabled user’s My Space files have been moved to the inherited user’s My Space.

(In the case of an automatically disabled user, it will be inherited in My Space of the user who created user.)

If you forgot who inherited the disabled user’s file, you can check it from the Trail.

Open the trail from “Settings”> “Trail” , and click “EXPORT” > “Export” at the top right of the Trail screen.

The “Export Confirmation” screen will be opened.

Click the Edit button for “Actions”.

The “Selection of Actions” screen will be opened.

After selecting “Settings” for Category 1 and “Use Management” for Category 2, set the “Invalidate user” action in “Selected Actions” and then export.

In the remarks column, the disabled user and the user who inherited the file will be displayed.

  • Disable user “UserName” .(Files: from Username -> InheritedUser’s name)

A space of “username_date_SPACE” has been created in the inherited user’s My Space, and the files of the invalidated user have been stored.
