Why is the delivery volume shortage displayed and the delivery download not possible?

Question

When I try to download by distribution, the message “Download is failed due to the delivery volume shortage of the delivverer.” is displayed.
I checked “Available Delivery Amount” from the “Usage” menu, but there is still enough distribution capacity left.

Why do I get a message like this?

Answer

“Available Delivery Amount” in the “Usage” menu is the delivery available amount for the entire organization.
Therefore, it is possible that the user’s delivery usage limit has been reached.

Please edit the information of the user who delivered in Settings > User Management, and confirm the settings on the “Usage and Notification” tab.

If “Limit file delivery usage” is active and the actual delivery capacity reaches that limit, the delivery download will fail.
