Check the usage status of Generative AI
This section explains how to check the current usage status of Generative AI Requests.
Note: A Business plus plan is required to use the Generative AI feature.
Note: This feature will be available after the major version update scheduled for June 28, 2025.
Organization-wide usage of Generative AI requests can be viewed from the following path:
Settings > Usage > Usage of Generative AI > Select “Organization” from the dropdown on the right.
- The usage is calculated as the total number of characters in the original files used for summarization or explanation, plus the number of characters in the output.
- Up to 500,000 characters per month can be used free of charge.
- If your monthly usage exceeds 500,000 characters, additional charges will be incurred based on the excess amount.
The following items will be displayed:
By default, the usage is shown as “Recent status” for the entire organization.
You can switch to view monthly usage for the past 1 month via the dropdown menu.
To check usage of Generative AI requests per user, select “Individual” from the dropdown in the same section.
The view will switch to show usage on a per-user basis.
As with organization usage, the “Recent status” is shown by default.
You can also view usage per month via the dropdown menu.
