Editing the Organization Dashboard
Guide for creating a Dashboard for the organization and publish the file usage frequency and usage status to users.
Select a Dashboard
Select a Dashboard.
To create a new Dashboard: New Dashboard > Organization Dashboard
To edit an existing Dashboard: Existing Organization Dashboard name
Click “Edit” button to edit the Dashboard content.
- Must be preconfigured to make your organization’s dashboard available through Fleekdrive settings.
Open the Organization Dashboard and click the “Edit” button to edit the Dashboard contents.
Add Widgets
Click the floating button in the lower right corner to add a new Widget.
- Up to 9 Widgets can be added.
Edit Widget
To change the content of a widget, click on the Edit Widget button.
To change the widget’s position, Drag and Drop the Widget.
Delete Widget
To delete a widget, click the Delete Widget button (trash can icon).
Specify the publication destination
You can specify groups to be published and notified.
When publishing or updating, you can send a notification to the user to whom you are publishing.
If you do not want to be notified by e-mail, click “Edit without Mail”.
- Organization dashboard is not available for Team plan
