Set Posting Number
This guide explains how to define a posting number format.
Note: A Business Plus plan is required to use the Bulletin Board feature.

Note: This feature will be available after the major version update scheduled for June 28, 2025.
A Posting Number is an optional identifier that can be assigned to each post.
If used, a predefined format must be set for each category to which the post belongs.
- This setting is optional, and you may choose not to use Posting Numbers.
- However, defining Posting Numbers helps achieve more structured document management by category.
You can create a new Posting Number format from the following path:
Settings > Bulletin Board Settings > Posting Number >
Click the floating button (red plus icon) located at the bottom right.
When creating a new Posting Number format, configure the following items:

You can do automatic numbering of bulletin numbers by describing as follows. {yyyy} : The year the article was submitted (Gregorian calendar). {Gyy} : The year the article was submitted (Japanese calendar). {MM} : The month the article was submitted. {dd} : The day the article was submitted. {0} : Number of times this bulletin number definition was applied. (Up to 10 digits can be specified: {0000000000}) The following notation is possible If the number of application numbers defined in the bulletin board number exceeds the number of digits specified in {0} If the serial number is defined to multiple (XXX-{000}-{000}) |
You can edit an existing Posting Number definition.
Select the definition you want to edit from the list, and click “Edit” from the right navigation panel.
You can delete an existing Posting Number format.
Select the definition you want to delete from the list, and click “Delete” from the right navigation panel.
