Generative AI features available in Fleekdrive
This section explains the overview of the Generative AI features available in Fleekdrive.

Note: A Business plus plan is required to use the Generative AI feature.
With the Generative AI features in Fleekdrive, it is possible to generate both summaries and descriptions for text files.
On the screen, summaries and descriptions are displayed as follows.
The differences between summary and description are as follows:
| Function | Description |
| Summary | Generates a summary of the file content and uploads it as a text file to the specified space. |
| Description | Extracts a brief summary (up to 40 characters) from the file content and applies it to the “Description” field. |
Details on each operation, including specific conditions and instructions, are provided in the user manual.
Generative AI usage is measured based on the amount of text processed.
If usage exceeds the free monthly limit, additional charges will apply.

- The usage is calculated as the total number of characters in the original files used for summarization or explanation, plus the number of characters in the output.
- Charged if the number of users exceeds “monthly contracted users x 500,000 characters”.
