Setting up Audit policies

Guide for setting up an audit policy.

* There are restrictions depending on the Edition.

Set the audit policies.

From the Audit settings, open the policy settings screen and select the policy that you want to change.

Set a disturbing action for the user to act as a policy.

Set violation condition and violation notification.
To set a violation notification for each policy, turn on the toggle button of the notification destination you want to violate.
If you want to notify other than “audit Administrator” “violators” “violators superiors”, check the user and add with the right arrow button.
To delete, check the user to delete, and delete with the left arrow button.

Set up a notification user in bulk.

If you want to set a user in bulk, click the “Bulk Notification Settings” and open the settings.
Turn on the toggle button and click the “OK” button.

Update the set policy.

Click the “Update” button to update the set policy.
