Question

I can’t login to Fleekdrive because I deleted the first email with my login information.

Answer

It is not possible to resend the email containing the login information that is automatically notified when the user registration is completed.
Please ask the system administrator for your support.

[Procedure]

  1. The system administrator reset the password of the user.
  2. The user click the URL in the password reset email, and change it to any password, and logs in to Fleekdrive.
  3. After logging in, click the icon at the top right of the screen and confirm the user ID from the “My Information” screen.
  4. The next time the user logs in, the user log in to Fleekdrive with the above user ID and password.
