How to notify users in advance when the activation period will end?

Answer

Please use the “Reminder” function.

Open the “User Management” menu from Settings, and “Reminder” button.

 

Check “Notify” item and specify how many day(s) in advance you want to be notified.
Then click “OK” button.

A notification email will be sent to your system administrator on the specified date.

If an administrator is set for the group to which the target user belongs, an email will also be sent to the group administrator of the group to which the target user belongs.

* Please note that even if set by the Group Manager, it will be applied to the entire organization.
