What items of System Authority can I customize?

Answer

Fleekdrive provides three types of default system authority: “System Administrator”, “Standard User”, and “Partner User”.

In addition, you can create and assign new system authority with customized.

The items that can be customized are listed below.

*Displayed items are differ depending on the edition / option and authority and may be added or changed due to version upgrade.

■Available Menu

It is the authority to use the menu of Fleekdrive.

・Administrator authority
You can make settings and management related to the entire organization and run each function as an administrator.

・User authority
As a user, you can only perform operations permitted by the administrator.

■File Sharing Menu

You can set permissions for My Space, Collabo Space, Company Space, and Archive.

・Administrator authority
The top-level space (e.g: Collabo Space, etc.) are displayed and all spaces can be viewed and operated even if they are not shared.
It can create a space directly under the top-level space.

・Standard authority
The top-level space (e.g: Collabo Space etc.) is displayed, and the subordinate space can be viewed if shared.
However, it is not possible to create a space directly under the top-level space.

When customizing, you can also select “Power User authority”.

・Power User authority
The top-level space (e.g: Collabo space, etc.) is displayed, and the subordinate space can be viewed if shared.
It can create a space directly under the top-level space.
