Why can’t I edit a file?

Question

I can no longer operate specific files (online edit, move, copy, delete, delivery, archive) even though I have access authority or system authority.
These menu is not displayed in the “Right Navi”.

Answer

If the file is in workflow or exclusive control (Check-out) is applied, no user with any authority can edit, move, copy, delete, delivery, or archive the file online.

(Download and online reference are possible)

Therefore, these are not displayed in the “Right Navi”.

 

In this state, a mark is displayed on the file icon.

If you want to edit, please do the following.

Workflow is in progress

Editing operations can be performed by approval / rejection by the final approver or by the applicant performing the workflow withdrawal operation.

Exclusive control (Check-out) applied

A mark Operations

Editing operations can be performed by completing the “Check-in” operation by the “Check-out” user or canceling the “Check-out”.
