When is the public space right inherited?
Question
When is the Public Space right inherited?
Please tell me the conditions under which the take over will occur.
Answer
The condition that the Public Space is taken over occurs when the publisher of the Public Space cannot see the space.
For example, if you are a System Administrator, you can view the Public Space even if you do not have its permission.
Therefore, it will not be taken over.
However, if you change an system authority from System Administrator to Standard User, the Public Space can not be referred and will be taken over.
System Authorities of the target user | Permission changes | Public Space reference permission | Take over of the publisher | Description |
Administrator | Standard from Administrator | Yes | Does not occur | The target user can see the public space and will not take over. |
Administrator | Standard from Administrator | No | Occur | The target user will not be able to see the Public Space, so take over. |
Administrator | Remove shared privileges from Public Space | Yes to No | Does not occur | Since the target user is a System Administrator, the Public Space can be seen even if you do not have reference authority, so there is no take over. |
Standard | Remove shared privileges from Public Space | Yes to No | Occur | The target user will not be able to see the Public Space, so take over. |
Administrator or Standard | Fleekdrive deactivation | Yes | Occur | The target user will not be able to see the Public Space, so take over. |
Administrator or Standard | Fleekdrive deactivation | No | Occur | The target user will not be able to see the Public Space, so take over. |
