I cannot register a user on the User Management menu.
Question
When I tried to register a user and opened the Settings > User Management screen, but the red plus mark button is not displayed at the bottom right.
Threfore, I cannot register a user.
Answer
If the number of valid users has reached the number of contracted users, the button will not be displayed.
By disabling unnecessary users, a floating button (button with a red plus mark) will be displayed and users will be able to register.
If no user can be disabled and you would like to increase your license, please contact our sales representative.
