I haven’t received the verification code for Two-factor authentication by SMS.

Question

I have set up Two-factor authenticatoin, but some users do not receive the verification code via SMS.
What should I do now?

Answer

You can check the transmission history of the verification code from the Trail.

The authentication code for 2-step verification has been notified by SMS.

If the transmission history remains in the Trail, the transmission is normal, but depending on the specific carrier and terminal, the event that the SMS code for Two-factor authentication cannot be received occurs due to a problem on the carrier side.

As another method, please consider changing the method of sending verification mail to “email” after resetting the Two-factor authentication.
