I have already installed the Office Add-in, but when I select “Open In Office Addin” only on a specific PC, the local Office file does not start and the file is downloaded.
The manufacturer of the PC used is HP (Hewlett-Packard).

If you are using an PC in HP, an anti-virus software called “HP Wolf Security” is automatically installed, and the “Threat Containment function” in it is affecting and the Office Add-in does not work.

Check if “HP Wolf Security” is installed, and disable “Threat Containment”.
