Even though the number of deliveries was 0, the delivery usage was counted.

Question

After checking the usage amount for each individual from the usage situation, even though the number of deliveries was 0, the delivery usage was counted.
What is the reason for this display?

Answer

The number of deliveries is counted on the day the delivery is performed.
However, the usage amount is counted on the download date by the delivery destination user.
Therefore, if the distribution period spans over a month, if the destination user downloads after the month following the distribution month, the number of deliveries will be 0, and the amount of delivery usage will be counted.
