When I tried to upload a file by Drag & Drop, the file upload failed.
However, even if I click [Detail View], the reason for failure is not listed.
What is the cause?

Please check if you have the “Files – Upload” permission in your assigned access authority.

If a user who does not have the “Files – Upload” permission fails to upload a file, the trail will record “Do not have permission to upload files.”
