What happens if other users copy or download file while editing it online?

Answer

When a user is editing online, the file is locked as editing by another user.
In this state, the file cannot be copied, click the “Release Edit Lock” menu from Right-Navi.

After Release Edit Lock, if you copy the file before editing user doesn’t save the changes, it will not be reflected.
Downloading is possible while edit status, but same as for copy, the contents before saving will not be reflected.
If you copy or download after saving it, the changes will be reflected.
