When I try to register a user, I get an error message : “This user ID can not be registered because it is already in use”.

When I try to register a user, I get an error message : “This user ID can not be registered because it is already in use”.
However, even if I search for the target user ID, it is not registering.
Any idea why I’m getting this error?
How can I register this user?

Answer

Fleekdrive does not allow duplication of user IDs in any organization.
Therefore, if another company is using Fleekdrive and the same user ID has already been registered for that user, your organization cannot register with the same user ID.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please register with a different user ID.
