Are there any rules for replacing the Fleekdrive Desktop?

Question

We are planning to replace the PC on which Fleekdrive Desktop is installed.
Are there any rules for the replacement procedure of Fleekdrive Desktop?

Answer

We recommend the following procedure for replacement.

(0) Copy the Spaces/Files synchronized with Fleekdrive Desktop on the old PC to the desktop etc. of the old PC (outside the sync folder of Fleekdrive Desktop) as a backup.
*This is an optional step when backup is required. Please omit if unnecessary.

(1) Right-click the Fleekdrive desktop icon displayed in the task manager of the old PC and open the Fleekdrive Desktop settings from “Open Setting”.
From the [Account] tab, click “Cancel the account of this computer”.
* At the stage of canceling the account, one Fleekdrive Desktop license will be vacant.
*The sync folder on the old PC will be deleted.

(2) Uninstall Fleekdrive Desktop on the old PC.

(3) Install Fleekdrive Desktop on the new PC.
