■ Current situation (As of 10:50,Nov 15)
It turned out that the cause of this failure was a change in the mechanism for acquiring files on the editing server in order to fix problems related to online editing that were implemented in the past.
We are planning to change the acquisition method to the conventional method and release it as emergency maintenance.

■ Recovery prospect
Emergency maintenance is scheduled for the first half of the week on November 15th.
When the release date is officially decided, the support desk will inform you.

On Fleekdrive’s editing server, it was confirmed that it occurs only when the timing of browsing and editing start completely overlaps.
