[Solved : Important] Failure information in Fleekdrive(18:30 May 11 Update)

This is to inform you that there were some following issues occurred.

■ Time of failure occurrence – GMT+9 Japan time
– May 11, 2022 (Under investigation of occurrence time) ~ May 11, 2022 14:30

■ Failure details
– It cannot login to Fleekdrive
– No space is displayed after login successful

■ Cause and current status
We confirmed that the CPU load of Fleekdrive increased sharply, and dealt with this high load situation.

Due to the above measures, it was confirmed that no event occurred as of 11:20 on May 11, 2022.
In addition, in some customer environments, the event that login was not possible continued even after that.
It was confirmed that the event did not recur at 14:30.

Continued monitoring showed no recurrence of the event as of 17:30 on May 11, 2022.
We have confirmed that the obstacle has been resolved.
