[Report] Regarding the issue that occurred on November 6th and 7th, 2022, where spaces and files could not be searched

From November 6 around 22:05 to November 7 around 16:37, there was an issue where you could not search for spaces and files registered in Fleekdrive.
This issue has now been resolved, but we apologize for the inconvenience.
In addition, we will report the details below.

■ Circumstances of disability
Fleekdrive registers attribute information so that it can be searched when a space or file is registered.
The attribute information has failed to be registered, and some of them colud not be searched.

We found the cause of the issue and took action around 16:37 on November 7.
As a result, we were able to search for spaces and files registered after that time without any problems.
In addition, for spaces and files registered between November 6 around 22:05 to November 7 around 16:37, which is the time period when the failure occurred, we recovered registering the attribute information again.
After processing, all registrations were completed around 22:53 on Novembber 7, and the issue was resolved.

■ Causes and countermeasures
Normally, when attribute information registration fails, it is automatically retried and recovered.
But, there was insufficient space at the registration destination.
Therefore, we implemented measures to resolve the capacity shortage by increasing.

■ Future recurrence prevention measures
Reinforcement implemented for the accumulated amount of attribute information required for searching is an improvement that leads to prevention of incidents in units of several years.
In addition, from now on, we will monitor resources once a month, and if a shortage is expected, we will increase it before the event occurs.
