We would like to report on the following issue “virus scan error and files cannot be browsed” that occurred on Fleekdrive.
We have implemented recovery measures for files uploaded during the failure, and all were completed around 06:00 p.m. on January 5, 2023.

■ Event details
When uploading a file, the message “An error occurred in the virus check of version X.X.X.X.” is displayed.
You cannot perform various operations such as browsing and downloading files that have been detected as an error by the virus scan.

■ Time of failure occurrence – GMT+9 Japan time
– December 31, 2022, from around 0:00 a.m. to around 03:37 p.m.

■ Cause
There was a temporary inadequacy in the settings of the external virus scan software used by Fleekdrive, and the virus check was an error.

Regarding the following “virus scan error and file viewing etc. not possible” that occurred at Fleekdrive, we will start recovering files uploaded during the failure on our side from around 02:30 p.m. on January 5, 2023 today.
(The system can be used even during the recovery process.)

In addition, we will contact you again when all restoration is completed.

If you have set smart rules or email notifications, please be aware that these processes will be executed in sequence after recovery is completed.
