[Solved] Trail Search Delay

This is to inform you that the following issue that occurred on Fleekdrive has been resolved.

■ Event details
Time-consuming to search for traces.

■ Cause and current status
Index application, temporary Measures for this issue, has already done.
And by Fleekdrive minor version update, below improvement has applied, and this is foundamental measure.

-Improvement of search processing

This is to inform you that the following issue currently occurring at Fleekdrive.

■ Event details
Time-consuming to search for traces.

■ Cause
-Database indexing may not be enabled under specific conditions.
-Search processing is taking time when dealing with extensive search targets.

■ Progress
Index application has already been completed, and we are now proceeding with fundamental measures as outlined below.

■ Fundamental Measures
Scheduled for implementation during Fleekdrive minor version update on May 6, 2024, from 22:00 to May 7, 2024, 06:00 – GMT+9 Japan time

-Improvement of search processing

■ Temporary Measures until the release on May 6, 2024
There might be an improvement if you perform an export after conducting a trail search once. Please note that this may take up to approximately 120 seconds. We appreciate your understanding.

Below problem is now occuring for Fleekdrive.

■ Time of failure occurrence – GMT+9 Japan time
– April 19, 2024
*This problem is still occurring and under investigation.

■ Failure details
– Time-consuming to search for traces.

■ Cause and current status
We have confirmed that under certain conditions, the database index (traction) may not be enabled and searches were taking a long time at the above times.

We have already started to apply the index to search the database under certain conditions, and we are now taking priority to improve the situation.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
