[Resolved] June 27, 2025 Failure in EBS option receipt process

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the failure of Fleekdrive [EBS option] since June 26, 2025.

We would like to report the cause of this outage and our measures to prevent recurrence.
This failure occurred in the environment of a customer who subscribed to the[EBS option] .

[Event]
did not complete the file signing process in the Electronic Bookkeeping Act option.

[Time of Occurrence(Japan Time)]
June 26, 2025 (Thursday) around 12:00 – June 27, 2025 (Friday) around 10:50

[Cause]

There was a flaw in the configuration when updating the system, which prevented normal processing.
In addition, the system did not have an adequate mechanism to detect this flawed configuration, resulting in a delay in the discovery of the failure.

[Future measures]
To prevent recurrence, the following measures will be thoroughly implemented.
– Review of system update procedures and reinforcement of checks
– Strengthen monitoring system to detect the failure at an early stage.

We would like to report that the issue preventing the proper functioning of the EBS option receipt process in Fleekdrive has been resolved.

[Incident]
Although the receipt process was accepted (as evidenced by logs indicating successful receipt), the signature process failed, resulting in the file not being stored in the designated storage space.

[Time of Occurrence]
From around 12:00 on June 26, 2025, to 10:50 on June 27, 2025

[Cause]
There was a configuration error in the communication settings between the signature function and the application, which led to authentication failures.
Please note that we will provide a separate, detailed report on this issue at a later date.

[Request for Action]
For any files that failed to be received during the period of the incident, we kindly ask that you perform the “EBS Accept” process again from the confirmation space.

We deeply regret any trouble this may have caused our customers, and we appreciate your kind understanding.
