Here are some terms commonly used in Fleekdrive.
※This manual reflects the new icon images for V13 (released 2/22/2025).

• User
  It means a user who uses Fleekdrive.

• Space
  It means a folder to save files in the “Files” menu.

• System Authority
  It means authority to use each function of Fleekdrive.
  For example, you can set restrictions such as not being able to use the Delivery function or use the “Company space” for each user, group, department & positions.

• Access Authority
  It means authority to operate for spaces and files.
  For example, you can set operation authority for uploading and downloading files in space units.

About Space

Fleekdrive has 3 spaces named “My Space“,”Collabo Space“,”Company Space“.

• My Space
  It’s personal space.
  Other users cannot access this space.

• Collabo Space
  It’s main space to share files within company or outside the company.

• Company Space
  It’s space to keep files such as documents in the company
  ※Available over “Business edition”.
  ※Available during the Trial.
