What is the Yellow space icon displayed to the right of the space name?

The Yellow space icon (electric mark, thunder mark) is displayed.

What does this mark mean?

Answer

※This manual reflects the new icon images for V13 (released 2/22/2025).

A Yellow space icon may appear to the right of the space name.

This mark indicates that the space has one of the smart actions enabled.

Click this mark to see the enabled smart action icon in yellow.

(Users who are not authorized to set smart actions cannot click.)

Click the displayed icon to display the screen for each setting.

Then, you can switch between valid or invalid, and change the settings.

(For upload extension settings, you can only check the settings.)
