In this version upgrade, we will implement new features, fix known bugs, and make various functional improvements.

Please note that the “Second Edition” of the Release Notes was issued on July 17, 2026.
In the Second Edition, we have added details regarding a bug fix (Item No.8: Fix for the issue where settings are not reflected when restricting or changing space names).

1:New Feature (Item No. 1): Authentication & Security / Supports MFA authentication apps (TOTP)
“Authenticator apps” will now be available as a new authentication method for two-step verification.

2:New Feature (Item No. 2): PDF Viewer / Added a PDF comparison viewer for older and newer versions.
We will implement a feature that compares two PDF files and visually displays the differences.

3:Functional Improvement (Item No. 1): Shared Link / Shared Link Download Notification Feature
We will implement a feature where a “Shared Link Download Notification” email is sent to a pre-designated user when a recipient of a “Shared Link” downloads a file.

4:Functional Improvement (Item No. 2): File Distribution / File Distribution Download Notification Feature
We will implement a feature where a “File Delivery Download Notification” email is sent to the user who executed the delivery the first time a recipient downloads the delivered file.
